Welcome to Returned Mail Solutions (RMS), a service of Horizontech, Inc.  Our web portal is a secure and private site exclusively for use by our customers.  Customers come to view ongoing measurements, statistics, analytics and transactional data as it relates to our various integrated end to end technologies for undeliverable as addressed mail issues.  The site also allows reference and supporting documentation for many services that we deploy, including technical guides, production and industry information.
